Welcome to The Baby Bird Bakery, a custom cake studio by Kristin Sebel, based in north Overland Park Kansas, and serving the greater Kansas City area!  With over 14 years experience as a professional pastry chef, I officially launched The Baby Bird Bakery in 2017 with the vision of making delicious, beautiful cakes for every budget.  I will never tire of the classic, timeless white wedding cake, yet love to experiment with textures, colors, and on-trend techniques to make your cake the unforgettable centerpiece to your reception/event (aside from the guests of honor, of course!)
